This Week on The Art of Passive Income...
On this week’s episode of The Art of Passive Income, Mark and Scott welcome mentor and the author of Build Live Give Paul Higgins to the show.
Episode Notes
Paul Higgins is a solo entrepreneur, author, and mentor who helps coaches and consultants to build the businesses and lifestyles they desire. He spent eighteen years working for Coca-Cola, one of the biggest companies in the world, but later had to leave the corporation in 2011 to focus entirely on his lifestyle after encountering a major health challenge.
Over a five years period, Paul founded and run several successful businesses that include coaching, advisory, outsourcing and technology. He also joined a mastermind with the plan to learn how to run his own, and in 2016 he founded Build Live Give, to help coaches and consultants build their dream businesses and lifestyles while giving back through investments and property.
Listen in as they discuss:
  • Paul’s journey to becoming an excellent mentor
  • The difference between a mentor and a coach
  • The process of getting leads for your business through LinkedIn
  • Can raw land be sold on LinkedIn
  • Finding your target market

In This Week's Round Table...
While seeking a second opinion can be very helpful, making your own decisions can be some of the best choices you will ever make. On this week’s round table episode, the Land Geeks share their views on the topic.
Episode Notes
Joining Mark this week are:
  • Erik Peterson
  • Mike Zaino
  • Mimi Schmidt
  • Tate Litchfield
  • Scott Todd
Listen in as they go around the table and discuss how they would handle scenario’s where they are asked for second opinions, what would they have done if they were the ones making a decision and how would they help others to make decisions that generate results by their own actions.
TIP OF THE WEEK
Mike: My tip of the week is a quote, “Even a fly could travel a thousand miles on a horse’s tail”, I think what that speaks to is surrounding yourself with people that can help you. You can literally change yourself by surrounding yourself with people who have a different experience, a different set of skill scale.
