Ellie Perlman is the founder and CEO of Blue Lake Capital, a real estate investment firm that specializes in multifamily investments. She started her career as a commercial real estate lawyer but later transitioned to a property manager, overseeing properties worth over one hundred million dollars.
Ellie holds a Masters in Law and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. She is a Forbes author and a real estate investing podcast host.

Erik: My tip is a website (Web App), it’s Basically, it’s a dashboard, a visualization type tool where you can connect say to a google spreadsheet with data in it and create visualization around that. Tracking your students a lot to know their metrics and numbers, this is a good resource, it’s free. There are paid versions, but it’s free to start, and you can create nice visualizations with your data and it can help you interpret it a little bit more quickly.
