This Week on The Art of Passive Income...
Today’s guest, David Osborn, the founder of GoBundance, shares how to build financial success and create a life of freedom.
Episode Notes
David Osborn is the owner of the fourth largest residential real estate company in the country. He is the founder of GoBundance and is a New York Times bestselling author.
David did not achieve his success overnight. His road to success started with the one drive he had, which is to live a life of freedom. After graduating college, David worked for a year and then sold all his possessions to hitchhike around the world. He later returned home with no money and he was in debt. His mother offered him a job to work for her in real estate which he agreed to do temporarily to pay off his credit cards, now twenty-seven years later, David is still in real estate and thriving.
Focused on financial freedom, David found himself an accountability partner, Pat Hiban, and later included Tim Rhode to help plan, execute and achieve their goals. This accountability system eventually led to the idea of GoBundance, a tribe of individuals looking to make the most of life through accountability and transparency.
Listen in today as they discuss:
  • Personal accountability, transparency and authenticity
  • The importance of constant learning and growth
  • Choosing the right crowd and environment
  • Creating balance
  • Experimenting to find the business that suits you

TIP OF THE WEEK
Mimi: My tip of the week is this website ezgif.com, it’s a video to jpeg. What you do is you go watch a video and see what part of the video that you want to make pictures out of. It gives you an opportunity from what seconds you wanted to start and you wanted to end, then you press the button and it creates all these pictures. The quality of the pictures are actually okay.
